Barrie Benson’s work - This living room is pretty much pitch perfect. Scallop shell relief topped built-ins, leather bound books passed down from grandpa, daughter’s portrait above the couch and an old Persian rug on the floor lend a serious sense of life lived here (not just an interior designer’s hand). However put together with offbeat accessories and so-old-school-its-new-again light pink walls, it all feels so comfortable and great and not at all stuffy.
