Neo-Classical explosion in Nashville by Barry Dixon. I actually really kind of like this. The soft palette helps mute some of the intensity of the room, while simultaneously letting the architectural details shine. Gorgeous attached columns, intricate mouldings and mantels, wonderful windows - I especially like the iron curtain rod running all the way across the back wall of windows and french doors, cutting it in half and helping your eye make sense of that expanse. And those little creamy zebra chairs, duh. I may not want this in my home, but I’d gladly have cocktails here regularly.
