Of all the many many tartan libraries I’ve seen, this one is my favorite. And I have no idea who’s work it is as this picture is from a real estate listing for a gorgeous house on the North Shore of Long Island overlooking the Sound. Caramel knotty pine, coffered ceilings painted blue on the inside, classic red, blue, and green plaid, armchairs in mismatched plaids, fabulous big red roman shade with navy trim. Such a happy and light take on such a traditional idea.
